Amazon’s Retail team, located in Sydney, is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Listing Experience with a deep interest for driving improvements and automations within processes that they have end-to-end ownership of. Working at the centre of the Amazon flywheel, you will be responsible for making it easier for suppliers to list their products on Amazon Australia. To do this, you will be required to work with local and international cross-functional teams to communicate a clear vision of the supplier listing experience, recruit buy-in, and own the ongoing roadmap delivery of initiatives.
As the Senior Program Manager – Listing Experience, you will be passionate about getting hands-on with data and processes to identify and act on opportunity areas that deliver continuous improvement in your workstreams. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and able to work autonomously within a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment. They will be able to effectively use written and verbal communication at both a strategic and tactical level to drive continual progress within projects and workstreams.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the development and execution of the supplier listing experience roadmap
• Work with local and international cross-functional stakeholders to enable roadmap delivery
• Engage in continuous process improvement to refine listing experience initiatives
• Plan resourcing, analyse, and report weekly and monthly metrics for your workstreams
• Achieve business KPIs for efficiency generation and supplier experience

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
Experience working with cross-functional tech and non-tech teams
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Experience owning product roadmap development and delivery
Demonstrated track record of delivering process efficiencies through continuous improvement activities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience with large data sets and insight generation using Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools
