Senior Program Manager, GovCloud

Salesforce is looking to hire a Program Manager GovCloud to continually improve our customers' experience on the world's most trusted and secure CRM platform. You will ensure the success of our Government Cloud program in both running today's business and helping to build capabilities to drive future business. You will be a part of the team responsible for designing, building, maintaining and operating Innovative Salesforce services and solutions that support the needs of our Government customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with multiple service teams to take ownership and accountability of technical program planning and delivery for the service program.Develop positive relationships with key technology and functional leaders & stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery. This includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities..Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully implement the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.Proactive customer engagement to dig into what we are hearing from our customers to find the themes and important trends that can help Salesforce improve our products and our engagement with our customersEvangelize GovCloud capabilities across internal stakeholders and externally with customersIdentify the customers' product and platform requirements and work with product teams to deliver solutionsBuild relationships with the customer's senior leadership and decision makers to solidify our partnership and demonstrate our commitment to the customers' successWork collaboratively with the account team, product management, customer support, and customer success teams to help customers achieve their business objectivesTechnical knowledge to deeply understand the customers requirements and translate them into technical and functional requirements for implementation by the engineering teamYou have worked with both business and technical stakeholders and understand how to translate between the two and communicate to various levels of technical and business management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.This position requires initiative, enthusiasm, ability to learn quickly, capacity to manage internal and external relationships, and excellent communication skills.You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Relevant BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience5+ years of experience in program or product managementGeneral knowledge of public cloud technology (AWS / GCP)

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,200 to $192,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
