Responsibilities:
General Program Management and Strategy
Visioning and creation of strategic programs addressing product manager excellence, culture, and enablementCraft and execute enablement initiatives tailored to empower product managers, equipping them with tools, resources, and frameworks to excel in their roles.Build comprehensive training programs, workshops, and resources to improve the capabilities and abilities of product management teams.Strategically resolve initiative priorities that drive the highest business and individual value and get results to those prioritiesContribute to programs across the team's entire suite of services. These could span responsibilities including general program management, culture programs, innovation, and awards and recognition
Lead end-to-end design and ownership of cross-functional projects through meticulous program management and executionDrive program management documentation, metrics tracking, and reportingBuild content for enablement guides, standard processes, FAQs, and other supporting program materialsDrive program partner management up to the SVP+ levelImplement organizational change management plansCreate and implement communications plans for programsLead discussions and communicate regularly with senior leadership on project status and critical issuesMaintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, resources, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing program performance, achievements, and areas for enhancement.Take ownership of budget planning and management for your programs, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impactThough this is an individual contributor role, you will thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery and innovation, and will be expected to lead multiple projects
Associate Product Manager Program
Oversee the Associate Product Manager (APM) program, providing strategic direction and organization of all program aspects (mentorship, project placements, curriculum, leadership development, recruiting, and more)Develop and implement program goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and product strategies.Cultivate a collaborative environment with the program core team and ensure alignment towards program objectivesFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between APMs, product teams, and key leaders across the product organizationDrive ongoing enhancements to the APM program, evolving methodologies to elevate performance.
Required Skills:
8-10 years experience in program management, product management, organization organizational change, or equivalent fieldsExperience creating and leading strategic programsExperience leading programs across various locations/sitesExperience developing communications plans for change management initiativesFlexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented. Track record of "getting it done."Strong self-starter and desire to collaborate with team membersWell-organized and able to run multiple projects from conception to deliverySolution-oriented, data-driven, learning approachExperience working in a high tech, high-paced, hyper growth environmentStrong communicator with active listening and sharing skills, collaborates well with multiple team members, and possesses excellent verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop a proven understanding of Salesforce "Tech & Products" org culture and valuesAbility to innovate and influence without authorityProven track record to establish effective relationshipsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet contending deadlines, and making appropriate decisions regarding the relative cost and benefit of potential actions.Experience working with agile teams and in agile organizations. Understanding of the practices and principles key to the successful delivery of software and services.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $146,600 to $201,500.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
