To fulfill this strategy, we are building out an innovative customer success expert network, at massive scale, for a proliferating array of services. The Expert Supply team is focused not only on delivering a diverse pipeline of experts to meet our multi-year growth demand, but on driving innovation in labor models that meet the future of how experts prefer to work.

How you will lead
The key responsibilities of this position include owning a number of key sourcing strategies/programs for the Expert Supply Strategy team, partnering with stakeholders across the business along with external parties to bring impactful solutions from idea to implementation to scale. The right candidate will do this by:
Identifying and onboarding new and breakthrough partnerships with external organizations that can help accelerate the innovation and implementation of expert supply strategiesPartnering effectively with leaders at all levels of these external organizations to define goals, drive win-win solutions and build relationships based on shared goals and mutual respect.Working collaboratively with a wide array of internal cross-functional partners on the design and implementation of strategic programs Displaying extreme ownership of all aspects of execution, diving into the details to ensure programs are set up for success end to end, establishing and running effective meetings, and problem solving creatively through any obstacles that ariseCommunicating complex business requirements to technical teams and working together on the design of solutionsCommunicating technical requirements and partnering with product teams to develop solutionsSynthesizing and leveraging data to continuously measure success and understand improvement opportunitiesDriving partner and program innovation in an environment supportive of hypothesis testing and learningConstantly prioritizing to execute multiple streams of work concurrentlyChampioning change, creating and embracing novel solutions and supporting others in adopting themBuilding for scale, establishing sustainable processes and integrating programs into the broader Intuit organization as they mature
Responsibilities for this position will likely evolve over time, so we're looking for a flexible team player who loves working on new and different challenges. This position will report to the Group Manager of Customer Success Expert Supply Strategy.
