About the team: IN account management team manages some of the most influential sellers on the Amazon.in marketplace with a clear focus on their business growth. Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, within Account Management function, focuses on identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to elevate seller experience. It provides guidance, support and increases efficiency of account managers through process standardization/excellence and automation.
In this role, one would create and execute the overall strategy for Amazon's largest events (August ART, Prime Day, Great Indian Festival etc) for account management team (and larger IN sales org). In this role, one will interface with cross-functional teams across Amazon to drive execution and strategy for our highest traffic events. You will love this role if you:

Key job responsibilities
Develop comprehensive strategy for sales events to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals with overall business goals.
Lead the end-to-end execution of events for Sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple teams.
Utilize data analytics to assess the event performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct pre, in-event and post event meetings to track preparation and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders like marketing, AM, seller acquisition, central events team etc.
Collaborate with external vendors to enhance event success.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event management.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPreferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
