Intuit is looking for an innovative Program Manager seasoned in content moderation. This position will be part of the Intuit Compliance Organization within the overall Legal Team. The compliance program is global and covers all Intuit Inc. products and services. Content moderation is the process of reviewing and monitoring user and LLM generated content on our platforms to ensure that it meets certain standards and guidelines. The Content Moderation Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of Intuit's content moderation principles and program, and related monitoring. Intuit's image is consistently one of the most trusted by consumers and this position is expected to help maintain the trust, authenticity and safety of our platform for our customers. This individual will cultivate a deep understanding of our suite of products and bring industry best practices as it relates to trust & safety to address large scale problems related to issues such as product abuse, violations of Acceptable Use Policies (AUP), AI and other emerging risks. As we continue to grow our capabilities, this individual will also play a critical role in supporting the development and monitoring of analysis tools, rule engine integrations, and implementing stronger controls that improve our overall posture within the content moderation space.
What you'll bring
Minimum of four (4) years of direct work experience in:Content moderation, trust and safety, fraud, AI/ML, compliance and risk managementWorking on policies, procedures. and presentations in compliance-related areasAssisting in managing audit/monitoring remediation and process improvement projectsBachelor's degree; paralegal or applicable compliance certifications are a plus (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP); Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS); Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE))
How you will lead
Reviewing user-generated content: This role is responsible for escalated review and evaluation of content that is posted on our platform to ensure that it complies with the platform's policies and guidelines. This may include reviewing text, images, videos, and other types of content.Analyzing trends and patterns: This role is responsible for analyzing trends and patterns in the content that is posted to identify potential issues or concerns. The role will be responsible for compilation of internal and external reports on content moderation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The role will work closely with other teams, such as Technology, Security, Customer Success and other teams, to ensure that the content on the platform is in compliance with relevant laws and Intuit principles.Deliver verbal and written briefings to senior/executive leaders and key stakeholders in a compelling and data backed fashionMaintaining documentation: The role will be required to maintain detailed documentation of their review and moderation activities, including the reasons for taking action on specific content.Staying up-to-date on policies, guidelines and regulatory or external changes: The role must be familiar with the platform's policies and guidelines and must stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to the regulatory or external environment.Strong attention to detail.Fun to be around in challenging situations with an amazing sense of humor.
