  The ISV and Digital Native Center of Excellence group within Azure CXP delivers holistic engineering engagements and feedback-driven insights to innovate and create enablement experiences for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Startups who are delivering their solutions on the cloud.   We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help lead and drive our business, who brings leadership, teamwork, and a vision to deliver success for our organization’s charter.

  Responsibilities

  Working with key stakeholders to collaboratively build ‘The Plan’, using your analytical skills to ensure ISVs & Digital Natives receive the right technical enablement on their journey.

  Scope technical customer projects to assess if they are a fit to for our engineering program (high level assessment of technical challenges faced by the ISV).

  Work closely with engineers to help address ISV solution needs and driving success with their Azure solution deployments.

  Identify opportunities where we can do better for our customers, incrementally driving improvement across our program and delivery, and increased impact to out Azure Solutions.

  Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, sales, services, and partner teams, leading and executing a business rhythm that ensures pattern of challenge, opportunity and potential course correction are highlighted.

  Coach team members and mentor others in planning, organizing, and coordinating work.

  Evangelize and teach others to reach beyond existing solutions and technologies to incorporate new ideas.

  Be the voice of ISVs & Digital Natives within our organization, ensuring we create and maintain regular communication rhythms like contributions to newsletters and success stories.

  Qualifications

  Successful Candidate Competencies:

  Real day-to-day ISV & Digital Native-facing experience and empathy, and having worked directly for one or more of these organizations, or in a role that provides enablement to this customer type.

  Experience working as part of a service delivery program and defining measures of success.

  Exceptional ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams.

  Assembling, leading, and working within strong cross-functional groups and matrixed team environments.

  Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for ISVs and Digital Natives.

  Track record of problem-solving ranging from conceptualization to implementation.

  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and drive clarity for engineers.

  Real-world smart, logical, and able to learn new areas quickly.

  Qualifications Recommendations:

  Direct customer facing experience, conversant with senior IT professionals and Developers, backed by a deep understanding of their solution needs.

  Proven ability to lead, manage, build, and deliver business results through an engineering or professional services team.

  Deep technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies.

  Experience working on development of Cloud solutions.
