Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Specialist supporting our VC25B Support and Training Systems (S&Ts) in San Antonio, TX, or Seattle, WA.
A successful candidate will have familiarity with program management best practices and have a high level of discipline and follow-through. Resilience and aptitude for problem-solving are a must, with the selected candidate being biased toward action, finding solutions, and enabling the rest of the team to execute efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
Leads the development of the program architecture and top-level plans for VC25B Support and Training Systems.
Develop program organization, work structures, top-level program, and execution plans.
Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
Facilitates the resolution of program issues.
Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, or Seattle, WA.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role
3+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
3+ years of experience in team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements
Experience using Open Plan Professional
Experience using Microsoft Project
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Senior Level: $138,850 - $185,150
