In Vanguard's Client Experience & Digital (CXD) department, our goal is to evolve and enhance our clients' digital experience. The CXD Data Analytics team for Personal Investor drives strategic decision making & deepens the understanding of over 8M Vanguard's customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead strategic vision and roadmap for large, complex, multi-stakeholder technical product families, demonstrating a deep understanding of the CXD data analytics solutions and associated business areas. As a product expert, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights from data to business, working closely with stakeholders to drive data analytics solutions from ideations to implementation.

　　 In this role you will:

　　Define business outcomes, critical metrics and key objectives for CXD Data Analytics that are aligned with business priorities and operating key results. Work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and their managers to build a portfolio of novel ML enduring solutions to support key business goals.Leads technical product management activities for CXD data analytics group. Sets new technical product strategies and adjusts them based on business needs. Drives the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.Proactively identify business opportunities that can be solved using AI/ML solutions. Develop roadmaps that include detailed product features and requirements, implementation plans and influence the organization to utilize these solutionsLeads, influences, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. Develop strong partnerships and relationships with business partners, serving as the main point of contact for business line. Facilitate strong business support throughout CXD data analytics solution development, implementation, and adoption and integration of DSML and generative AI.Leads and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.Drives and influences the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. What it takes: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree is preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in Data Science with growing responsibilities. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.Track record of successfully working with Data Science & Engineering team. Minimum of 5 years of hands on Experience as a Data Scientist.Good business acumen and experience in consumer-focused financial services industries.Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to develop and maintain important relationships with both internal and external partners.Experience working in an Agile environment.Experience in generative AI will be a plus.Special Factors
