Position Summary
Arcesium seeks a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be strategic in the execution and implementation of the company's product marketing function. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the segment marketing plan for Arcesium's top segment clients.
Responsibilities
• Build strategic marketing plan and GTM strategy for top segments/clients; assess market landscape, trends and opportunities, and identify segment priorities/big bets to set the strategic focus.
• Conceptualize, research and write high volumes of marketing content for middle and bottom of the funnel.
• Align business strategy to marketing strategy through close partnership and collaboration with Client & Partner Development leadership.
• Understand, document, and maintain Arcesium's segment target buyer personas and Ideal Customer profiles, including where they obtain information, and the who, what, when and why behind the buying decisions they make; be the voice of Arcesium's segment audiences.
• Develop deep expertise on our key segments to build the knowledge required to build targeted positioning and messaging that drives acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
• Lead and manage segment messaging and positioning for top customers through marketing and sales enablement content; drive integrated narrative and marketing motions; partner with key stakeholders to drive tightly orchestrated segment marketing initiatives.
• Partner with marketing to deliver external marketing content and communications to fuel campaigns across multiple channels.
• Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to develop sales enablement programs, presentations, customer assets, and tools to communicate the value of Arcesium.
• Create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic, surfacing the key business challenges, while driving broad awareness and interest with targeted segments.
• Evangelize customer success stories through written case studies, video testimonials, and work with Customer Marketing to build a formal reference program.
• Provide segment insights and guidance that inform our demand generation, customer journeys, thought leadership efforts and other key initiatives/areas; serve as the segment subject matter expert.
• Work with our partners to help develop and bring Arcesium solutions to market.
• Brief press, analyst and partners on solution offerings
Qualifications
7+ years of Product Marketing experience at B2B SaaS based technology organizations. Fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values. Previous success crafting compelling positioning and marketing content for an enterprise software company. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, business acumen and proven ability to create senior management-level presentations. Previous experience working in the Financial Technology space, ideally targeting Hedge Funds, Institutional Asset Management, and/or Private Markets. Strong Product Marketing acumen, huge plus if you have certification from the Pragmatic Institute, PMA or similar. Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, engineering and other departments. Decisive but flexible, and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and fast-paced environment. Extremely self-motivated, with great time management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Critical thinker, problem solver, with great interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor's degree required, Engineering background or MBA (Master of Business Administration) a plus. Previous experience in freelancing or a post grad degree in journalism or creative writing a plus. The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000-$170,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
