Confluence is Atlassian's flagship product within the Work Management market. Work Management is one of three market areas of focus for Atlassian, alongside Agile DevOps and IT Service Management. As Atlassian's second-largest product after Jira, Confluence continues to bring in users who are looking to create, organize, and share work across their teams. We are looking for an incredible product marketer to understand our users, develop positioning, lead GTMs, and drive growth programs.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Growth, you will help shape the role Confluence plays in the Atlassian portfolio. You will identify the ideal buyer and user personas, and their core jobs to be done, as well as stay on top of market and competitive analysis. You will partner with growth and customer lifecycle teams to optimize the funnel and onboarding journey. You will create messaging and content needed to sell the value of Confluence, bringing a creative and resonant value proposition to the market.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900
Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800
Zone C: $125,100 - $166,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
