Delivery Experience: Cart Building team owns products that help customers build and manage their shopping cart throughout their purchase journey. The team is looking for a high impact Product Marketing Manager who can drive customer targeting and opt-ins of existing products. This will also include identify and driving Tech changes to the current products to enable such targeting.
Key job responsibilities
The Cart Building team owns products that help customers build and manage their shopping cart throughout their purchase journey. The Product Marketing Manager will work identifying means to improve customer awareness of these features and their opt-in rates. Candidate will define the targeting model, messaging construct as well as the overall ideal experience and the roadmap to deliver it. Candidate will also be responsible for detailing the relevant product features and will coordinate with partner teams to deliver these features as well as owning the performance and business/tech metrics.
A day in the life
The Product Marketing Manager will (i) identify key customer segments and their requirements from cart building experience (ii) identify the messaging construct most suitable to different customer segments (iii) work with Tech and other stakeholder teams to deliver these changes (iv) conduct experiments to verify their hypotheses (v) track and report relevant metrics related to these
About the team
As part of the Delivery Experience vertical, we help customers across multiple geographies build and manage their shopping cart. We help customers (i) easily identify relevant items that they can purchase together (ii) select relevant delivery options that improve convenience of delivery (iii) help customers be more eco-friendly in their purchases. We own (i) the Tech products which help customers with the above and (ii) overall tracking and reporting of relevant metrics

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
