　　About the Team

　　Our team is responsible for the TikTok e-commerce search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with US algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies,responsible for income and a good e-commerce ecology.

　　2. Responsible for search infrastructure, including product understanding, user understanding.

　　3. Responsible for search front-end interaction design, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.

　　Qualifications

　　1. More than 3 years of experience in search products; experience in e-commerce platform would be a plus.

　　2. Have good data analysis ability and be able to promote product development through data analysis.

　　3. Have good logics, understand algorithms and strategic ideas.

　　4. Strong cross-team collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
