The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help improve our rapidly growing cloud ERP offering by helping to build a resilient supply chain solution that benefits both new and existing customers. Responsibilities
Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You will also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage with global internal and external stakeholders to garner support for those feature areas.
Work closely with the engineers and ensure a cost-efficient use of resources while creating end-to-end designs and specifications for customer experiences.
Help shape future investments in the Supply Chain Management cloud, empowering customers to run their businesses as effectively as possible.
Help define a feature set and facilitate usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple SCM feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
Scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature areas you worked on via presentations at large events, social media and dedicated user groups.
Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.
Qualifications
The job requires a strong understanding of SCM in enterprise applications space, good analytical skills, highly collaborative, as well as great communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent AND in-depth experience in product management with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products
Proficient experience with the supply chain domain and a deep understanding of the related processes.
Ability to translate and walk-through complex customer concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at varying levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management knowledge. Especially within the areas of warehouse, manufacturing, trade, and planning.
Experience in creating strategy plans (including executive summaries, vision and business objectives, core values, SWOT analysis, tactics, KPIs, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and financial projections) to define what the team needs to do to reach company goals.
A solid technology understanding of cloud-deployed business solutions and familiarity with AI concepts.
Familiarity with the tools and techniques for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of various sources of data for driving design and roadmap decisions is a plus.
