This role comes with the responsibility of deeply understanding our customer’s public cloud security challenges and solving them in impactful ways for the long term.

In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will lead the charter of building out and scaling superior cloud security platform capabilities. Your Impact
You must have a deep-seated passion for the cloud computing market and can serve as a strong advocate for our customersYou must have previously been responsible for unlocking growth at every stage of the user journey through effective user segmentation and product experimentsYou love optimizing the user’s journey through the customer funnel using user experience research tools like A/B testing to ensure an effective approach to create a smooth customer journeyYou identify opportunities to improve the customer acquisition strategies to increase user engagement with the product such as making the user onboarding process seamless to help customers engage with the product easily and quicklyYou enjoy working closely with other teams to optimize the customer retention strategies to obtain more loyal customers and drive more salesYou have previously developed a strong foundation from customer insights, technical know-how, and a constant stream of customer feedback, and you will create a visionary roadmap of capabilities for the short term, long term, and beyondYou are comfortable managing competing priorities and are able to bring order to ambiguous scenariosYou have a high level of maturity and use a data driven approach to influencing your leadership team and cross-functional counterpartsYou can clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across organizations and up to senior leadershipYou possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms vision into a realityYou love numbers and metrics and produce meaningful insights from that data -Discover customer insights by analyzing multiple data sources -Identify and source both relevant internal and external data, and help utilize the necessary tools Qualifications Your Experience

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $163,200/yr to $264,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
