OptumRx is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our risk and stop loss products. This individual will be a product, and business leader, driving the evolution of multiple products. In this role, success will be measured by achievement of core business metrics including but not limited to product revenue and IOI, NPS, market adoption, and percentage of gross margin improvement over time.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage growing product portfolio inclusive of financial performance, value proposition, market analysis, business alignment, service delivery, and revenue growth/forecasting Review product performance against expectations and lead changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance Build relationships across the organization to determine and execute product roadmap Support client level solutioning and sales for large, strategic accounts Manage & respond to changing market dynamics. Summarizing challenges, forecasting impact, and creating action plans for executive audience

Years of post-high school education in can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of work experience in product management and/or product development Pharmacy, stop loss or health insurance experience Experience with filed insurance and risk-based products Experience thinking strategically and collaboratively to overcome obstacles achieve project results Expert level skill set in defining product strategy, developing, and implementing business plans

Demonstrated ability to deliver results through a matrixed organization Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Proven excellent communication and presentation skills Proven excellent analytical skills Proven to be self-directed and self-motivated with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
