The Opportunity
Adobe Commerce team is responsible for driving Adobe's worldwide commerce strategy & roadmap. The mission of our team is to enable world-class user experiences and make transacting with Adobe seamless.
As a Senior Product Manager, Payments and Risk, you identify key opportunities to improve payments experience and mitigate risk across the end-to-end commerce funnel. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of influencing and driving execution of high-impact requirements while managing expectations.
What you'll Do
Use data, insights from customers and industry to improve payments experience and mitigate global payments risk across commerce experiences.Build business cases outlining projected impact for each opportunity to be prioritized on the roadmap.Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, product, customer support, and legal teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.Provide initiative rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched.Use Adobe's own technology where possible & work w/ 3rd parties across the commerce stack.What you need to succeed
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with expertise in payments and risk management.Experience collaborating with cross functional groups worldwide across a large enterprise.Experience running A/B tests and making informed, data driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present to upper management.Ability to balance several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.BS required, MBA a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
