About The Team
The Music Promotion team's mission is to help connect artists with their potential fans in the TikTok ecosystem and raise visibility of their arts along the way. As Senior/Lead Product Manager, Music Promotion Platform, you will own the complex domain of building out a robust and fast-growing network of music influencers, along with toolings to facilitate the entire process of music influencer marketing from ideation to final payout.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing end to end product vision as well as driving executions, in collaboration with partners across engineering, design, music partnerships, operations, programming and other product teams across TikTok.
What you'll do:
- Own product goals, strategy and roadmaps, and be accountable for a clear set of business and product metrics
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Music Partnerships, Operations, Programming and other product teams to drive day-to-day executions, from ideation to product launch
- Develop and iterate on influencer marketing platform's key features to super-charge music influencer growth, enable discovery and scale influencer marketing campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with music partnerships, operations and programming teams in supporting local, regional and global promotion campaigns
Qualifications
- Have a proven track record of formulating product vision, defining and executing product strategy, ideally in a consumer product setting with a large user base
- Have proven product leadership and cross-functional collaboration experiences. Have the ability to drive decision making in an often ambiguous problem space
- Have extensive experience building features balancing multiple stakeholders' needs
- 6+ years experience in building and shipping products together with teams of designers, engineers and data scientists resulting in significant business impact
- Experienced in making data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis)
- Have a strong sense of ownership and thrive in ambitious domains

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161280 - $399600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
