The Sr. Product Manager -Martech is a role within the digital organization. The mission of this role is to enable and administer communications workflows utilizing various communications platforms and assets that will service the digital lines of businesses in an omni-channel way. This position is responsible for defining the features that align with overall strategy and execution in the following areas:
Digital Maturity - ensuring assets and integrations foster maturity and growth Facilitate improved channel coordination Foster increased personalization in messaging Conduct internal assessments and gap analysis Champion integrations with additional communication assets Operational Readiness - fostering preparedness of operational standards and practices Promote a readiness plan related to communications operations and continuity Formulate documents and processes to support readiness Facilitate training plans to achieve preparedness Enforce standards to maintain business continuity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage platform product roadmap to align with the digital strategy set forth for the delivery of multi/omnichannel and multi-tenant solutions Discover, articulate, and prioritize key uses cases and requirements in the form of SAFe Agile features. Set and own the vision and roadmaps as well as providing subject matter expertise and guidance on the product strategy to scrum teams and leaders Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap) Assures product strategy is followed from internal pilots to external launch Conducts demos to articulate product level strategy to executive level stakeholders Prioritizes and aligns the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs - managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog. Program Backlog Ownership/Prioritization Collaborate closely with vendors, architecture, and engineering management Propose features that offer alignment across platform priorities Maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents Identifies dependencies among the teams Works with RTEs, when roadblocks occur, to problem solve and develop mitigation plans Escalates risks and issues to program backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions Establishes feature acceptance criteria. Responsible for release definition as well as works with release management, where applicable, to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer Participant in biweekly System Demos Sets goals in the assessment of metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan. Provide subject matter expertise and platform administrative support to stakeholders and scrum teams Passion for health and wellness and the CVS Health digital mission is a must! Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience implementing marketing technology platforms at scale. 6+ years of management experience or equivalent, particularly in product management and product development Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams 5+ years of experience in Martech and multi-channel system integrations 6+ years of experience as user of Adobe Campaign or similar. Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience 5 + years of experience working in a fully SAFE-Agile development environment. 3+ year of experience with SLQ, Tableau, or Micro Strategy for analytics and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Digital healthcare experience desired Certified Product Manager (CPM) SFMC and/or Adobe Certifications Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Master's degree is a plus Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$132,250.00 - $260,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
