The Global Commerce Product Team shapes the future of the TikTok commerce platform. We aim to become an all-in-one platform, for businesses, creators and users to trust each other, to create value for each other, to inspire creativity and bring joy to each other. Our long-term goal is to help businesses grow on our platform by enhancing our platform capability, nurturing best-in-class commercial content.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end process from design to launch, build products to promote commerce performance optimization and increase revenue from internal and external sources.
2. Lead the team to be responsible for the overall planning of the commerce platform, propose corresponding solutions through in-depth data analysis of different business scenarios, and be responsible for the revenue outcomes.
3. Build a team with passion and energy.
4. Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
2. 7 years of product management experience or 4+ years of Leadership experience at fast-growing companies.
3. Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch.
4. Understanding of Commerce ecosystems preferably in one of the areas such as Creator and Affiliate ecosystems, Seller / Merchant experiences, Operations products, Promotions tools, User Growth and Experiences, and more.
5. Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams.
6. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
7. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
8. Fluent Bilingual Communication skills with both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA
2. Experience as a strategy consultant in global strategy consulting firm
3. Bachelor degree in technical or science (e.g. computer science, math, physics, ...)

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $225720 - $563920 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
