Our JIRA Service Management, IT Operations team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Business to Enterprise and Business to Consumer Product Management. We are building solutions to guide the next degree of innovation in incident, change and problem management workflows as part of our IT Service Management offering.
We usher in the next level of innovation and help create the next level of scenarios that enhance the work experience and productivity of the IT and DevOps employee in an organisation.
This role will report into product management leadership driving the charter of incident, change, alert, on-call and other key operational elements in the IT Service Management domain.
What you'll do
Plan and deliver the roadmap for incident, change, problem and other important service management workflowsShowcase the service management layer within JIRA software, Confluence and JIRA work managementPartner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams to achieve aforementioned goalsCommunicate product value proposition to internal and external audiencesEmpathise with the customer and build features that provide customer delightBuild with heart and balance with clear importance given to data.
5 to 8 years of experience in a product management role with experience ideating and implementing software roadmapsBackground in Software Development, User Experience Design, IT OperationsIT Service Management, DevOps experience would be a plus
