Responsibilities
Here's what you'd be doing:
Design and deliver new features that improve product usage, grow the business, and make customers happy
Create and prioritize a 6-month feature roadmap, in collaboration with customer success, sales, and engineering. Own our cross-industry product Point of View and directional roadmap including how it works with/leverages partner integrations.
Work with our Industries guides to define the next business problem to address that brings multiplier effect for our business
Engage with customers, partners, and ISVs, along with product ambassadors from across Salesforce to prioritize the right features
Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Roll up the sleeves, work closely with the customers to drive your feature adoption.
Commit to the best customer experience possible. Work closely with UX to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering. Work with the technology team to deliver an extraordinary product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams, and internal product guides. Drive the end to end feature delivery cycle.
Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and collaborators.
Ability to work in a team of other PMs who have dependencies on you and vice versa. Others would demonstrate much of what you work on with corresponding needs for their functionality.
Be the champion of your feature, work closely with marketing to position it and enable sales., run technical enablement sessions for technical sales and SI's. Ensure your feature is documented clearly so that customers can and partners can easily understand the feature, implement and use it
Job Requirements
First and foremost:
Extraordinary Product Manager - You have built products end-to-end that deliver an outstanding customer experience, brought products to market including go-to-market, pricing and packaging, and shown successful deployments (leadership position, product usage).
Be responsible for the product vision together with senior PM in your area
Strong technical abilities to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers. You are intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications.
Understanding of the complexity in care/patient engagement
4+ years of product management or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and then define and deliver products
Have led extension/integration of a product into another product line.
Creative thinker who grows with solving exciting problems with analytical thinking skills.
Effective communicator - Communicates well with engineering and cross-functional teams; can efficiently present plans and roadmap to internal collaborators and C-Level execs; comfortable pitching their product to diverse external audiences (customers, partners, and analysts); strong ability to convince and influence
Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, establishing relationships with customers, developing an awareness of relevant services, communicating with customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, and delivering clear requests for information
Strong SaaS product experience
Everything else that matters
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related subject areas in technical leadership roles
Agile methodology, and API experience

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $188,200 to $258,700.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
