Enquizit, a CDW company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in new product development and developing iterations to existing products. The individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced Agile environment, working cooperatively with a multi-functional team and a variety of customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manages the daily activities of the agile development team and facilitates the improvement of development culture.
Leads one or more multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams to deliver excellent new products and/or iterations to existing products to meet user needs.
Has a strong understanding of the user and the business.
Makes tradeoffs between the needs of users, the business, and the technology.
Experienced in software delivery, building roadmaps, scoping releases, and developing success metrics.
Ensures tactical delivery and execution of software development.
* Mentor, lead and manage Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters within the practice (as needed)
Education and/or Skill-Set Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner 10+ years' experience in Product Management and related areas
