　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　In this role, you will help define, measure, and implement critical device financing program strategies within the Device Services team. Ranging from product launches, developing business requirements with IT partners, collaboration with internal stakeholders, product testing, and executive reporting. This role spans all brands and channels within the Retail Wireless organization.

　　Responsibilities

　　Own the core products related to Device Financing across the wireless organization that support retail and enterprise customers.Build strategies for these products that are competitive, cost effective, and fit with internal and external customer needs.Collaborate with Finance to build pricing / cost models that represent the product and build KPIs and reporting that track the products success in marketLead a small team of analysts that perform program management and business analysis for the various products.Plan and implement program requirements cross-functionally with various other teams (Accounting, Financial Planning, Forecasting/Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Ops)Develop and maintain program measurement tools and key performance indicatorsCollect and analyze raw data utilizing SQL or related DBA skills to deliver executive-level qualitative and/or quantitative reportsManage the portfolio of KPI and Key Metric reports, and supervise analysts as needed on maintaining key reportsEnsure the timely distribution of updates, implementations and initiatives, work to automate processes where possible, and utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issuesConducts ad-hoc analysis, data gathering/mining and other special projects as necessarySkills, Experience and Requirements

　　7-10 years of experience in a financial product management environment, preferably in the telecom or technology industries.Proven leadership and management skills of teams from 2-10 including ability to acquire, train, develop and retain high quality individual contributorsStrong interpersonal skills, well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials to communicate effectively with senior executivesIntellectual curiosity, outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, analyze, and draw valid conclusions with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to define strategic direction/product roadmap for device financing, and monitor outcomes based on data across all brands and channelsExperience working with external partners and vendors that provide a variety of consumer financial solutionsKnowledge of financial data and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Excel and SQL)Solid understanding of KPIs that drive Wireless industryAbility to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced dynamic environmentUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management or related fieldSalary Range

　　compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
