What you'll bring
5+ years of Product Management Experience (desirably in a tech company) Technical background or experience with APIs a plus Deep customer empathy and curiosity with knowledge of Design Thinking and Customer Driven Innovation Strong execution mindset and demonstrated ability to drive work to completion Data driven...Uses methodologies, metrics, and analysis to drive strategy and assess performance against business goals Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast paced, unstructured environment Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap Experience defining requirements across web & mobile platforms Strong partnership and influence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirement to capabilities teams Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch experiences on-time Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention Passion for solving problems (large and small). How you will lead
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations Transform findings from experimentation and voice of the customer to requirements to build delightful experiences that meet our customer expectations Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, marketers, analysts and care teams to deliver new solutions In the market Create and drive own your KPIs/success metrics Be the liaison between Product and GTM teams to communicate clearly the Product roadmap, roadblocks and timelines
