　　Senior Product Manager, Data Products and Storage

　　As a Sr. Product Manager on the Data Products and Storage team, you will be part of the Data Consumption Tooling Team bringing together the set of capabilities our Data Consumers (Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Engineers) leverage to make use of the data available in Enterprise Data platforms. This team is focused on providing a curated set of market-leading tools that will unlock data insights and value for our customers. We're doing this by enabling market-leading tools across consumption use cases; and delivering a well-integrated environment for customers to seamlessly do their best work.

　　This role represents the needs of the data consumer to inform the Snowflake platform and supporting tools roadmap, ensuring the capabilities being delivered are aligned with the intended business outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering on the needs around user provisioning, access management, warehouse management, and compute optimization . The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with internal and external customer needs. They are comfortable in conversation with engineering teams as well as stakeholders ranging from data practitioners to senior leaders.

　　Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for key components of the platform.Deeply understand the needs of Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Engineers across Capital One.Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes.Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams.Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments.Serve as the connection between customers, Capital One's mission, and your team.

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years of experience in product management or at least 5 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree3+ years of experience in Agile product management2 years of people leadership experience leading product manager teams

　　The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

　　New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 - $222,800 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

　　Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

　　This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
