Position Summary:
The Senior Product Manager, CRM is responsible for providing solutions and driving how Paysafe uses Salesforce for Marketing, Sales, and operational B2B processes. You will work with stakeholders to evaluate existing Salesforce capabilities and identify initiatives to add new capabilities and improve their processes and experience. You will inform the overall roadmap through defining, assessing, and evolving the priorities to drive adoption, team member and stakeholder satisfaction, and efficiency, seeing these solutions through to their completion.
Responsibilities:
Work with business partners, User Experience, Product Owners, and Technology to identify user and business needs and design, manage, and monitor product initiatives through clear product KPIs. Define the value proposition of new product initiatives with the stakeholders to effectively prioritize initiatives. Work with stakeholders and users to define initiatives, minimum viable products, and create lean business cases to obtain approval and funding.Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess feasibility and effort of initiatives.Collaborate with the other CRM product managers in creation and prioritization of product backlog, backlog refinement, and participate in other agile ceremonies. Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, helping partners identify opportunities for improvements, analyze complaints and issues, and identify solutions.Identify short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed; recommend options and courses of action.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study. 5-7+ years Product Management experience (banking or financial services experience preferred). Proficient knowledge of a CRM or similar software platform (Salesforce preferred). Strong understanding of user experience and how to use personas and journeys to inform the product backlog. Experience working with agile development teams and processes, supported by JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems. Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop, lead and manage large, complex initiatives. Ability to motivate or influence senior level team members. Product Management or Product Owner certifications preferred, not essential.
Flexible Working and Location:
In recognition of supporting employee flexibility, Paysafe has adopted a flexible workplace approach; whereas employees may have the option to work either from their home or in the office. Some employees may have business requirements to be in the office a specific number of days and/or specific days of the week, as determined by line managers; therefore, employees need to live within a commutable distance to their assigned office. This position's assigned office will be located in our Jacksonville, FL office.
