Position Summary
As a key member of our team based either remotely or in Dallas, TX, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
As Senior Product Manager on the Foot and Ankle team, you'll develop and implement marketing plans relating to Foot and Ankle products, while also being fluent clinically and technically for the respective products. This includes developing materials required for new product development, assisting with product launches, promotions and messaging, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
Advocate for a strong team culture, talent development, and accountability.Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and line extensions.Work with key opinion leaders to define customer requirements.Manage product development initiatives to ensure products are launched that meet customer needs and market demands.Manage all aspects of new product introductions including developing business plans including pricing strategies, defining product messaging/positioning, collateral development, and communicating launch packages.Ability to prioritize issues, deal with ambiguity and manage conflicting deadlines.Manage multiple and diverse responsibilities simultaneously, as well, as have the ability to take on high level business initiatives as they arise.Active collaboration cross-functionality to align goals with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, national accounts, sales operations, and sales team.Develop and maintain product gap analysis.Understand competitive environment and develop appropriate product positioning.Create competitive matrices and selling strategies.Recommend new product introductions and product rationalization opportunities.Research and assess market opportunities for new product ideas.Provide monthly product forecasts to operations to support sales and operations planning.Research trends, developing reports, and other projects as required.Act as a mentor for fellow marketing team members, providing professional and technical guidance.Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence, and surgical techniques. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering preferred)5+ years product marketing experience and/or equivalent medical device sales experienceMedical device industry experienceEffective communication (written and verbal)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailStrong preference will be given to candidates who have experience with soft tissue products/device
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 25 percent.
