About Senior Product Manager, Consumer Engagement

  Paysafe is looking for an experienced product person to take on the key responsibility of guiding the vision and delivering our Customer Experience proposition for our mobile and web offerings. As a Senior Product Manager you would be responsible for managing the Consumer Engagement features of our Digital Wallets portfolio, by understanding the needs of our customers and transforming them into growth opportunities.

  What to expect:

  Be a Product Leader - Define product strategy for your stream and depict your vision for the product by creating product roadmaps and pitching the value proposition to senior management and executives.Define & prioritize product backlog for how we deliver on that strategy, working closely with agile development teams in the role of a Product Owner. Write User Stories and manage backlog to effectively communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to our engineering teams in an iterative & agile environment.Deliver products that our Digital Wallets customers love on iOS, Android and Web.Manage complex products that require synchronization and input from multiple stakeholders.Define and create success criteria as KPIs to measure success. Define, execute and measure go-to-market strategies / plans.Manage several topics simultaneously while prioritizing relentlessly based on business and customer impact.Conduct usability testing for all user interfaces & touchpoints to capture feedback that will help to shape the roadmap. Work closely with our UX, Research and Analytics Teams to define and achieve your goals.Involve our Customer Service to optimize and create the right tools, systems and procedures to scale our support functions. Understand the market and trends, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new opportunities or requirements for your portfolio.

  To be successful you need to have:

  Passion for mobile apps and proven track record of delivering mobile experiences Comfort and experience in delivering products in an agile environment as the Product Manager Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience, having contributed to multiple consumer-facing software projects throughout the entire development cycle Good understanding of the online payments' world especially in consumer-facing products Understanding and experience in shipping customer-facing servicesAnalytical mindset and knowledge of usage related KPIs to discover opportunities and measure success Experience working with APIs, mobile & web technologies Clear thinker & communicator, ability to lead co-located and remote cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExpert in influencing without authorityWorking Knowledge of User Experience Design & Digital PrototypingExperience related to sports, gamification, loyalty programmes is a plus
