　　Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across Data and Info tech, engineering, design, solution engineers, CX, customer success, dev advocate, etc.). You'll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the companyDrive focus and speed within your team to initiate and deliver impactful developer platform for our growth and scaling builders communityCollaborate with other domains in the organization to make sure we deliver new platform capabilities that are available also for external buildersCollect and analyze a wide range of cross organizational inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful thingsMotivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you've ever worked with.

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　You have at least 4+ years of experience as a product manager with a focus on developer platforms/tools - mustStrong technical background and understanding of developers' pains and habitsYou possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you're self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensusYou have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of product decisions thoroughlyYou are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - AdvantagePrevious entrepreneurial or consulting experience - Advantage
