　　Monetization GenAI focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies, to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies and creators.

　　We aim to drive and lead the generative AI in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for product managers, who are excited about generative AI and foundation models, build highly scalable and reliable platforms on the top of models to solve real problems, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. 　　Responsibilities

　　1. Steer the evolution of our core AI technologies, guide the development of our foundational AI models, prioritizing areas for exploration and productionization, and reviewing in-development model quality.

　　2. Prioritize generative AI features and models, and engage with product leaders from Monetization product teams (Creatives, Ads Manager Platform, Pangle, Delivery, Business Integrity, Signals and more).

　　3. Oversee data collection and model training to identify and mitigate biases, ensuring AI systems operate fairly and equitably.

　　4. Design and manage the model quality process, including both automated pipelines and manual review.

　　5. Maintain regulatory compliance, stay updated on AI legislation, and actively participate in policy and standard-setting discussions.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum qualifications

　　1. 7+ years product manager experience in AI projects (NLP, CV, recommendation, etc)

　　2. Extraordinary passion for generative AI and excellent at prompt engineering

　　3. Technical understanding of generative AI foundation models and ML (pretraining, fine-tune, RLHF) behind it.

　　4. Excellent communication skills and experience working with XFN teams.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　- Experiences with developing LLM and diffusion foundation model.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $414000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
