The TikTok Web Ads and Open-Loop E-Commerce team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for web ads and e-commerce clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the world-class platform for advertisers within these verticals by designing product solutions that drive their business growth within TikTok.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ad solutions that aim to achieve a strong product-matching strategy for clients to help drive a higher ROAS. This role will focus on understanding the specific requirements of clients and designing product ranking strategies to meet clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process from design to launch, build products to promote advertising performance optimization and increase revenue from internal and external sources
- Responsible for advertising system planning, proposing corresponding solutions through in-depth mining and data analysis of different business scenarios, and being responsible for the revenue outcomes
- Pay attention to user privacy and ensure the compliant use of advertising signals by upstream and downstream advertising teams
- Collaborate with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights and other cross-functional teams to leverage signals to power their products
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience (this does not include other relevant experience)
- 5+ years of experience with ads delivery products
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce space
- Experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
- Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $399000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
