About Senior Product Manager

  The Intuit’s Foundation Tax Platform team is searching for a Senior Product Manager to drive our tax platform product vision, strategy and implementation. The tooling and platform capabilities you’d be responsible for help serve over 40 million customers across the globe.

  This role is best suited for someone with a strong technical and product background who is passionate about defining and shipping cloud-based services at scale. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience in front end ecosystems and developer tooling. The successful candidate will have successfully built durable tech capabilities, delivered technology platform capabilities at the Enterprise level with speed and scale, and understands how to provide elegant and highly effective solutions to complex problems, in service to all our stakeholders. They must be a self driven leader, with the unique ability to envision bold ideas, communicate those ideas effectively with all stakeholders, and collaborate across the organization to ensure complex projects are delivered.

  What you'll bring

  5-7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience

  Experience leading tech strategy and implementation in a large-scale enterprise

  Drive the implementation and adoption of front end technology solutions to enable teams to deliver end user products

  Extensive experience turning incomplete, ambiguous, or unclear inputs into concrete action plans

  Ability to work in an agile fashion with small and nimble teams to define tech requirements, source partners and lead implementation; go broad to go narrow; build, test, and iterate

  Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

  Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience is highly desirable

  FinTech related experience is a plus

  How you will lead

  Set a bold product vision, strategy, success metrics and roadmap for execution

  Internalize and deeply understand Intuit’s growth strategy and align your team's mission and roadmap with this direction

  Work cross-functionally with various teams, such as engineering, analysts, design, tax content authors, platform PM, product PMs, etc.

  You will help to define and execute our tax platform strategies and enable revenue-bearing product delivery teams, while partnering with various internal and external stakeholders throughout Intuit

  Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders

  Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve our customers’ biggest problems

  Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog to ensure your team is making maximum impact
