Overview:
The Senior Product Manager is a self-starter, a visible organizational leader, a hands-on problem solver, and a relationship builder. The Senior Product Manager continuously builds intimate institutional knowledge that spans all teams and functions within the company as well as a deep understanding of the evolving competitive landscape. The Senior Product Manager oversees the Product Management team and works for the Global Head of Product and with the VP of Engineering and Head of Design to build and prioritize a backlog of strategic and tactical software requirements for internal CRM and customer-facing web applications. The Senior Product Manager has in-depth knowledge of user experience design, demonstrates the ability to author user stories and functional specifications, and works closely with software engineers and quality assurance.
This position is a hybrid position out of our New York City headquarters.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the operations of product management while developing and executing a roadmap for core products Guide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables Own all product roll out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, virtual project demonstrations, and in-person presentations Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives Vendor contract negotiations in conjunction with finance and business teams Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders’ pre-development and post-development What You Have:
7 to 15 years of relevant experience Worked in Agile setup as a product manager for 1-2 years Understands the software development lifecycle Experience with quarterly planning Extremely high empathy towards user problems Creative thinker Has one of the three backgrounds: business expertise (finance or healthcare), UX design, or technology What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
