Senior Product Manager needed for Nike, Inc. located in Beaverton, OR. Drive the road map and priorities for Commercial Analytics data products, helping to scale out analytics reporting in areas such as planning, demand, and supply management. Gather requirements from cross-functional partners within Nike. Define and prioritize stories that allow us to build world class solutions. Work closely with analytics and engineering teams to deliver on program and sprint objectives and commitments. Build assets that sell the vision, enable others, and build excitement. Lead the end -to-end lifecycle of foundational data products, from conception through launch. Strategize and execute on growth initiatives in operating live products and capabilities. Run a fluid intake and prioritization process to develop a product, feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of business objectives in our space. Effectively craft project plans based on priorities, setting clear, measurable objectives and deploying team resources appropriately to achieve business goals. Collaborate with key technology and engineering partners to bring products to life. Remove obstacles and helps align the organization to achieve success. Clearly articulate the product roadmap, vision, priorities and requirements to multiple partners in both written and oral formats. Gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse range of partners including digital, technology, engineering, analytics, platform, business, and legal teams. Continuously supervise and share relevant technology trends, driven offerings and best-of-breed executions. Define product critical metrics, derives key insights, drive reporting tools, and devise and execute experiments and multi-variant tests to find product solutions.
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. One of the following BI tools: Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy or PowerBI;
2. One of the following relational databases: Oracle, DB2 or Teradata;
3. Agile process;
4. SQL;
5. Report UX & Design;
6. Data architecture;
7. Data modeling;
8. One of the following cloud platforms: Azure, GCP Cloud or Snowflake; and
9. Retail data analysis.
