We are looking to recruit a Product Manager to become part of the Product Team responsible for building and managing Paysafe's "local payment methods (LPMs)" product proposition. The selected person will be responsible for the lifecycle management of a number of given LPM products, driving the strategic direction of the products themselves and overseeing any product development and delivery. You will have accountability for the Go to Market strategy and production of supporting collateral and training material.
What will you do:
Subject Matter Expert: position yourself as an expert in your products, ensuring you can speak to both the merchant and payer experience of the product. Ensure you understand the competitive landscape for the product and are able to advise merchants on why the product is a commercial advantage to their own payment strategy.Product Proposition: develop material that enables all internal stakeholders to clearly understand the product from sale, boarding, integration, funds flow, invoicing and settlement etc and supports the development of clear, concise sales material as well as other internal functions such as boarding etc.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and lead engagement across internal stakeholder groups to ensure requirements are clearly understood and reflected in the Product Roadmap. Ensure that all stakeholders are kept updated with regards to delivery and GTM strategy.Product Strategy: work closely with the underlying product partner to ensure we maximise the relationship and have an early line of sight to any product impacting changes. Work closely with the Sales organisation to support a targeted GTM strategy for the product. Work closely with Sales and Digital Wallets business unit to include VoC into the strategy and ensure our proposition resonates with our target audience.Platform Strategy: work closely with the Engineering teams and Architects to ensure any product development reflects the strategic direction of the broader APM platform strategy.

To be successful you need to have
2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager role in the Fintech industryStrong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and experienceAbility to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projectsBachelors or/and Masters in Computer Science or other technical backgrounds
