What you'll do...
The Marketing Analytics Data Product team is responsible for leading the product vision and roadmap for all the datapoints needed to support Marketing Analytics needs for analysis and modeling. Products are built on data collected from a large number of publishers, media agencies, clickstream, transactional data and various other systems. These datasets are used for daily performance reporting and optimization, building advanced data models, creating of complex data pipelines and dashboards.

This role is based out of San Bruno, CA. We're moving toward 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.
You will make an impact by:
Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment for different Marketing Channels - Search, Affiliates, CRM, Display, Social CommerceUnderstanding the individual needs of each marketing channel and their performance and optimization strategies that will enable creation of relevant product setCreate a lean roadmap for each Marketing Channel separately and as a whole in alignment with the Data Science, Analytics and other Product and Engineering teamsWorking effectively with our Business, Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure that the final product can be consumed by all the the stakeholders

You can get into details and also have a strong understanding of the strategic needs of the projectYou have experience solving new problems - digging into the data, gathering use cases and finding answersYou can collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyYou have experience driving understanding of customers and their interaction with products through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagementYou can create documentation that can be consumed by stakeholders across the organization and at different levels in the organization
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in data analysis. Strong data querying skills is a must for this role1+ years of experience in Channel Analytics, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics3+ years of experience In Product ManagementStrong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
