Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimize our product to directly impact the success and growth of our platformBe the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholdersLead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmapResponsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offeringsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data data-driven insights.
Your Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in a similar data analyst roleProficiency level of SQL - mustYou are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholdersYou have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting modelYou are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challengesYou have a passion for making sense of user behaviour, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product developmentYou are a curious, independent and rigorous individualYou have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
