　　CNN seeks a talented Senior Producer to join the News Central team in Atlanta, GA!

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　Collaborating with the anchors in Washington and the Executive Producer in Atlanta to plan and execute the program. Helping the executive producer manage a team spread across two cities. Generating politically savvy rundowns with unique angles and relevant elements. Coordinating with the anchor and anchor producer to edit questions and segments, help the team in finding key elements from the day's political news. Working hand in hand with the executive producer to ensure quality control of the program. Produce the show in breaking news situations. Futures planning with the editorial producer.

　　Your Qualifications & Experience...

　　• 6+ years of producing experience on a political show a must.

　　• Extensive knowledge of politics and current events.

　　• Control room proficiency, daily line producing experience a must.

　　• Political field producing experience preferred.

　　• Four-year college degree or equivalent in proven industry experience.

　　• Ability to manage a team in breaking news situations.

　　• A strong editorial sense of what is political "breaking news" and what are substantial developments.
