Your New Role
Avalanche, a division of WB Games Inc., seeks a Senior Producer to join the Hogwarts Legacy team. This role will be based in Avalanche's Salt Lake City studio.
Your Role Accountabilities
Develop and manage detailed project schedulesProvide project updates and clear project communication on a regular basis to studio leadership and external stakeholdersRegularly measure project and team performance in JIRA and eazyBICoordinate with Producers and cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesCan-do approach and ability to perform under pressureIdentify project risks and manage solutionsOther responsibilities as needed
Qualification & Experience
Passion for gamesStrong organizational skillsStrong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skillsPassion for standardized processes and analyzing pipelinesProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentPossess Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsPossess Excellent Organizational and time management skills; ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to analyze project status and present summaries to executive studio leadership team is a mustProficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint requiredSelf-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandsExperience managing schedules and resources across large game projectsA clear understanding of game project life cycles from start to finishEducation: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training.Experience: 5+ years of software project management experienceIntermediate level of proficiency Atlassian JIRA/ConfluenceDemonstrated leadership skillsExcellent project management skillsAgile or PMP Certification is a plus
