As a Senior Process Engineering Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes adhere to highest levels of manufacturing standards. Focus on getting it right the first time, using FMEA appropriately. Use quality tools for problem solving (8D, A3, 4C). Responsible for audit process of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

What you'll doAnalyze process and quality performance indicators (KPI and BBSC).Find problem root cause.Solve problems using appropriate quality tools.Improve productivity by managing costs and resources based on industry for 4.0 concepts (automation and digitization).Provides support to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance, so that the production process is improved.Acts as a senior towards colleague skilled workers.Creates technical conditions such that the production process is disrupted as little as possible.Is involved in the implementation of new products and processes (act together with NPI). In the preliminary phase including through transfer of technical aspects in the implementation phase by creating the organizational conditions.Create programs in tests and equipment.Your qualificationsBachelor's degree (completed) in Electronics, Control & Automation, Mechanics Engineering or related.Leadership experience - team work.Strong knowledge in lean manufacturing.Green Belt certified (Black Belt will be considered a differential). DMAIC Methodology.Fluent/Advanced English IS MANDATORY (Spanish will be considered a differential).Knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.SAP knowledge.Office, Power BI, MiniTab.Quality tools: 8D, 4C, A3.FMEAExperience in the application of industry 4.0 concepts (automation and digitization).LabView Programming.C language programming.Java programming.Hardware experience.PLC programming.*This is an onsite position.
