A day in the life.
This position will be hybrid, based our of our Denver office.
As our Senior Private Client Advisor on the Private Client Services team,you'll successfully support a high volume book of business to our PrivateClient clienteleand work alongside tenured colleagues to gain experience andskill sets for professional growth:
Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverages andrecommends appropriate products and servicesPresents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources toadvice and counsel on complex risksProvides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluatingclient needs and responding to client questions and issues in person, overthe phone or via emailGathers information from client related to risk management needs,financial loss tolerance and evaluate and propose a variety of solutions tomanage client's riskCreates and presents renewal proposals to existing clients and conductsannual interactive Client Advisory reviews where appropriateUnderstands, introduces and leverages the services of Private ClientServices (PCS) Specialty Practices areas, as appropriate, includingsurplus lines placementsConducts Client Advisory Reviews via face-to-face meetings. On larger ormore complex clients a manager/colleague will be presentAbility to quote coverages for existing clientsConfidence in cultivating opportunities from within their client's centersof influenceResponsible for new business development of assigned book of businessthrough referrals and expanding existing client programsBuilds relationships with clients, MMA PCSN colleagues and centers ofinfluence that facilitate asking for and receiving high quality referrals thatbecome clientsAccountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional clientserviceNegotiates with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensivecoverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming to all laws,regulations and requirements governing the insurance industryImplements and maintains a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy ofbinders, policies, and other relevant documents that are delivered to clientsCommunicates client's risk solution and binding instructions to carriersUtilizes the Agency Management System in an accurate and timely manner toenter and maintain all pertinent account informationEnsures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with allinternal policies and proceduresEscalates internal and external service concerns that clients may beexperiencing to appropriate departments for action and prevention of furtherclient impactOur future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
3 - 5 years' insurance experience with High Net Worth clienteleProperty & Casualty (P&C) LicensePrevious Personal Lines Insurance experience with High Net Worth clienteleClient facing experienceClient service orientation with balance on managing expectationsExcellent verbal & w itten communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismAbility to adhere to policies, practices & proceduresAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong technical and computer skills (MS Office tools, etc.)Flexibility to travel in the surrounding local area as client and companyneeds requireThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor's degree
