Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Senior Principal/Principal Project Management (Level 3 & 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, FL. The position will be required to be in-office regularly and cannot support a hybrid or telework arrangement at this time.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will Integrate across IPTs and Sub IPTs and act as the focal for the GSC organization. Ensures consistency in GSC processes across all GSC disciplines Supports execution of supply chain strategy in the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) Acts as a GSC focal with various program IPTs / Sub IPTs and suppliers Accurately builds/presents program-level leadership briefings focused on parts status and critical program milestones Assists with different GSC affordability initiatives The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Candidate must be an effective communicator and will be expected to build relationships across program IPTs Basic Qualifications Level 3: Bachelor's Degree with 6 years OR Master's Degree with 4 years of supply chain/Project Management experience. 10 years of Supply Chain/Project Management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have an Active, In-Scope, DOD Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program AccessMust have a minimum of 3 years of experience contributing to cross functional teams, process, and/or project management Basic Qualifications Level 4: Bachelor's Degree with 10 years OR Master's Degree with 8 years of supply chain/Project Management experience. 14 years of Supply Chain/Project Management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have an Active, In-Scope, DOD Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years.Must have Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program AccessMust have a minimum of 3 years of experience contributing to cross functional teams, process, and/or project management. Preferred Qualifications: Special Program Access Experience in Subcontracts, Purchasing, or Contracts SAP Experience Negotiating Skills Change Management experience Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or training Experience conducting oral presentations to senior leadership Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800
Salary Range 2: $92,400 - $138,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
