Job Description:
Responsible for leading a wide range of day-to-day activities, strategic planning and projects or initiatives in support of one or more departments and senior leaders within a globally-focused organization. Including but not limited to any of the following: managing financial reporting, creating strategic planning documents, organizing team meetings and events, leading strategic projects, driving coordination and alignment of key business goals and priorities, managing engagement-focused initiatives, etc. Plays a key part of a leadership team to define, develop and execute the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals. Delivers strategy work and/or executing on key pieces of the organization's objectives.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Drive organization administration including financial forecast accuracy and adequacy, weekly executive communication, monthly business reviews and ad-hoc activities as requiredLead initial planning and ongoing communication activities in support of key business priorities to align and focus individual team effortsManage critical business initiatives, key special projects, and cross-functional efforts, serving as department liaison with key stakeholder both inside and outside the companyChampion multi-cultural development efforts across the organization to drive engagement, goal alignment, and effective working relationshipsCreate content and presentation development for a wide variety of audiences including executive leadership, town halls and business partners
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related fieldExperience in Financial analysis, business administration, project management or related experienceIn lieu of a degree, in Financial analysis, business administration, project management or related experience
