Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Senior Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will provide cost scheduling support for program activities within our Aeronautics Sector. This position will be located on site in Melbourne, FL.
Essential Functions:Prepare month-end reportsDevelop and review EACsIncorporate changes into the EVMS system in order to maintain cost and schedule baselinesAssist CAMs for EVMS activities including: WBS alignment, time phasing of the tasks, developing and documenting earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis and updates, and variance analysis research and reportingSupport monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as requiredSet up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systemPerform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesPrepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysisPrepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduledEnsure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the governmentIncorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselinesConduct analysis on cost data and sets up meetings with management to review dataProvide support to Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management ManagersPrepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentationsSupport audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company managementMaintain and update cost control systems (eg. Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
