We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join a new and innovative team in the Telecom industry working largely in the Enterprise solutions space. As a Senior Pre-Sales Carrier & Enterprise Sales Specialist for Comcast Business, you will be a key member of our Sales team, playing a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales support to our valued clients.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and challenges. Conduct in-depth technical discussions to uncover customer needs and propose tailored telecom solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our enterprise telecom solutions. Customize presentations based on client-specific needs, addressing technical concerns and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with the Sales team to create detailed and accurate technical proposals. Provide input on pricing, configurations, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Design and execute Proof of Concepts to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Work closely with clients to address any technical challenges during the PoC phase.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams and clients on technical aspects of our telecom solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience:
More than 8 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the enterprise telecom industry.
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, networking protocols, and Unified Communications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
