The Sr. Planner, Supply Chain will be working in a team environment within Global Supply Chain supporting enterprise cardiac implant planning, responsible for the end-to-end supply planning process for cardiac implant network manufacturing.

Leading MPS review on a monthly basisPartnering with manufacturing teams and external manufacturers to deliver optimal master planParticipating in long range capacity planningOrganizing product launch and product exit planningProactively identifying and resolving supply issuesResponsible for inventory management, assure adherence to planned levels and minimize excess & obsolete exposure (E&O)Replenish regional inventory according to regional demand and inventory targetResponsible for global LIFR and back-order resolutionKey metrics include Line Level Fill Rate, Back-Order $, Working Capital $, E&OAct as the supply planning contact for outsourcing and transfer initiatives, to include processing purchase ordersImplement inventory optimization initiativeAssist in the demand planning process in conjunction with the demand planner
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of relevant Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced Excel skillsStrong data analysis and data managementJDE or similar ERP system experienceExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
What Else We Look For:
Master's Degree and three (3) years of relevant Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environmentMedical device or other regulated industry experience. APICS and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.JDA expAccess exp.Must possess strong interpersonal and partnering skills and work effectively with individuals both internal and external to Edwards, and at all levels and in varied functional disciplines.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $108,000(highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
