Foster strong relationships with client group to identifying challenges and Improves retention rates / regrettable attrition for the functions they serve Tracking completion and success of 90 day goals and evaluations of client group Develop a scorecard to provide Head of People Ops performance insights for each role holders of the group(s) they support that is an accurate reflection of their monthly performance Implement process optimization or productivity improvement opportunities for People Ops that will reduce Operational expenses by a target figure to be agreed upon by Head of People Ops Drive performance management to identify employees in client group for mobility or remediation Your Skillz:
Has 5+ years in HR and has served as an HRBP for 5+ years in a rapidly changing organization Technology or Start-up experience with a consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions Experience in organizational culture shift/change management Strong communication and influencing skills Track record of successfully implementing new initiatives and performance managing multiple customer groups with unique needs Deep knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws and regulations Experience conducting comprehensive HR data analysis, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions to address challenges within the client group Experience providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relation matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and support HR processes Our Perks
