Define, build, and track People related Key Performance IndicatorsBuild reports and dashboards using BI tools.Lead HR systems integration to data cloud.Synthesize data and trends into actionable insights.Monitor data quality and integrity.Inform data-driven decision making with internal stakeholders including senior leadership.
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI role, preferably with experience in People Analytics or in the field of HRExceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to detailsExperience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tool)Expert in SQLExpert in ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and HebrewExperience working with HR systems (Success Factor, Comeet or similar)- AdvantageProven ability to build relationships and work in a team as well as an independent environmentDegree in quantitative fields, with strong analytical orientation- advantageTrustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential informationStorytelling and presentation skillsFamiliar with APIs and integration processes
