Job Description Work closely with the Visa Benefits team to help shape the retirement landscape across the whole of the Visa Europe region , you will be responsible for all retirement plans across 29 geographies.The UK is the Europe Hub location and has significant DB & DC plans, the successful candidate will be responsible for all interactions with the Trustee of the plan, administrators and employees. You will be expected to help shape and deliver the employee experience, with a progressive mandate offering low cost, high performing ESG investment choices alongside more traditional offerings. The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of the pension legislation with a focus on the UK and be aware of the landscape more broadly across the region.Build and optimise the working relationship with all the plan advisors to deliver an efficient process to administer all the plans and maintain the control environmentWork with the Employee Communications and Experience team to effectively communicate pension and retirement benefit information to relevant target audiences to promote financial wellness in retirement, as well as good saving behaviour and engagement with retirement planningImplement, improve and enhance pension schemes in line with current and future market trends and business propositionEngage with internal/external stakeholders as required to deliver best in class retirement benefits to employeesOversee management of pension administration systemsRemain up-to-date with constantly changing pensions landscapes across all geographies and educate/inform senior leaders and employees of important changesEnsure pension arrangements meet agreed quality, performance and employee care standardsResolve complex pensions issuesManage monthly administration issues related to all pension plansProject manage and assist with the production of literature to satisfy legal requirements for scheme members e.g. annual report and accounts, annual benefit statements This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Background in pensions and retirement benefits, either in an internal or consultancy roleExtensive experience of pension and retirement benefit strategies in the United KingdomSound knowledge of pension legislation and policy, keeping abreast of changes to the pensions landscape across different countries as appropriateKnowledge of international pension arrangements advantageousAbility to engage with senior leaders through strong interpersonal skillsHighly numerical and competent with Excel and presenting dataExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage work effectivelyExcellent attention to detailStrong team player able to help educate and influence within the Europe Benefits TeamExperience of using Workday HRIS advantageous Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
